Pothos

Brief Description

Pothos is a popular houseplant known for its heart-shaped, glossy leaves, which are typically green with variegation in shades of yellow or white. It's a climbing vine that can trail beautifully from hanging baskets or climb upwards with support. The plant in the image appears to be a 'Marble Queen' Pothos due to its distinct white and green variegation.

Care Instructions

Pothos is very easy to care for. It thrives in bright, indirect light but can tolerate low light conditions, though variegation may become less pronounced. Water when the top inch or two of soil feels dry, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering. It prefers temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C) and moderate humidity. Fertilize monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. It can be propagated easily from stem cuttings in water or soil.
