Brief Description

A common woodland plant featuring glossy, dark green, arrow-shaped leaves that often have purple spotting. It produces a distinctive light-green spathe surrounding a purple-brown spadix, followed by a cluster of bright red berries.

Care Instructions

This plant thrives in moist, well-drained soil rich in organic matter, typical of woodland floors. It prefers partial to deep shade and should not be allowed to dry out completely. Caution: All parts of the plant are toxic and can cause skin irritation; wear gloves when handling.
