Brief Description
Garlic is a perennial bulbous plant with long, flat, grass-like green leaves. The leaves in this image appear to be experiencing physiological stress or 'witches’ broom' stunted growth. Typically, it produces a flowering stalk (scape) and a bulb divided into several cloves.
Care Instructions
Plant cloves in well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny location during autumn. Maintain consistent moisture but avoid waterlogging. Harvest when the lower leaves turn brown but the top leaves are still green.
