Tiger Tooth Aloe
Scientific Name: Aloe juvenna
Plant Family: Asphodelaceae
Native Region: Kenya

Brief Description
Aloe juvenna, commonly known as Tiger Tooth Aloe, is a succulent plant characterized by its vibrant green, triangular leaves that grow in stacked rosettes. The leaves have prominent, white, tooth-like margins giving it its common name. The foliage can take on a reddish-brown tint when exposed to strong sunlight or stress, adding to its visual appeal. It tends to grow upright and can sprawl over time.
Care Instructions
Tiger Tooth Aloe is a relatively low-maintenance succulent. It thrives in bright, indirect sunlight or partial shade; too much direct sun can cause the leaves to scorch or turn an intense reddish-brown. It prefers well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent mix, to prevent root rot. Water thoroughly when the soil is completely dry, and reduce watering in the winter months. Protect from frost.
