Echeveria (a type of succulent)
Scientific Name: Echeveria spp.
Plant Family: Crassulaceae
Native Region: Most Echeveria species are native to semi-desert regions of Central America, Mexico, and northwestern South America.

Brief Description
The plant in the image appears to be a type of Echeveria, characterized by its rosette form of fleshy leaves. The leaves are a dull green with a slight powdery coating, which is common for many Echeveria species. There are also some dried flower stalks present, indicating it has bloomed previously.
Care Instructions
Echeverias thrive in bright, direct sunlight for at least 6 hours a day. They require well-draining soil, typically a succulent or cactus mix. Water thoroughly but infrequently, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings to prevent root rot. Reduce watering in winter. Protect from frost. Fertilize sparingly during the growing season with a diluted succulent fertilizer.
