Brief Description

A popular epiphytic orchid with broad, flat, leathery green leaves and a central stalk that produces long-lasting, moth-like blooms in various colors. These are monopodial orchids, meaning they grow upward from a single point.

Care Instructions

Requires bright, indirect light and well-draining potting media such as bark or moss. Water when the roots turn silvery-grey, usually once a week, and ensure the pot has drainage holes. Maintain high humidity and temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Avoid letting water sit in the crown of the leaves to prevent rot.
