Oregano thrives in full sun (at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day) and well-draining soil. It is drought-tolerant once established and prefers to dry out between waterings. Protect from frost in colder climates or grow as an annual. Pruning regularly encourages bushier growth and prevents legginess.
