Brief Description
The Rafflesia arnoldii is known for producing the largest individual flower on Earth. It is a parasitic plant with no visible leaves, roots, or stems, appearing only as a massive, five-petaled reddish-brown flower with white spots and a strong odor of decaying flesh.
Care Instructions
This plant cannot be cultivated in a traditional home or garden setting. It is a rare holoparasite that depends entirely on its host vine, Tetrastigma, for water and nutrients. It requires specific tropical rainforest conditions and its host plant to survive.
