Brief Description

An evergreen perennial succulent with stiff, sword-shaped leaves that grow vertically from a basal rosette. The leaves are typically dark green with light gray-green horizontal banding and often feature yellow margins in cultivated varieties like 'Laurentii'.

Care Instructions

Thrives in indirect sunlight but can tolerate low light or direct sun. Use well-draining cactus or succulent potting mix and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings to prevent root rot. Maintain temperatures between 70-90°F (21-32°C).
