Pothos, also known as Devil's Ivy

Brief Description

Pothos is a popular houseplant known for its heart-shaped, glossy leaves. The leaves are typically green, but can exhibit various patterns of variegation, often with yellow or white marbling, depending on the cultivar. It's a vining plant that can trail or climb.

Care Instructions

Pothos is very easy to care for. It prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate low light conditions (though variegation may fade). Water thoroughly when the top inch of soil feels dry, allowing excess water to drain. Avoid overwatering as it can lead to root rot. It thrives in average room temperatures and humidity. Fertilize monthly during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
