Brief Description

Shown here in their early 'pips' stage, Hostas are herbaceous perennials known for their lush, fleshy foliage. They emerge as purplish or green pointed shoots before unfurling into large, heart-shaped or lance-shaped leaves that can be solid or variegated.

Care Instructions

They thrive in partial to full shade and prefer well-draining, moist soil rich in organic matter. Provide consistent watering, especially during dry spells, and protect from slugs and snails which are common pests.
