The Peace Lily is a popular houseplant known for its glossy, dark green leaves and distinctive white, hood-like flowers (spathes) that emerge on tall stalks. Peace Lilies thrive in medium to low indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged; water when the top inch of soil feels dry. They appreciate high humidity, so misting regularly or placing them near a humidifier can be beneficial. Fertilize every 2-4 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer) with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Repot every 1-2 years or when the plant becomes root-bound.
